Can I order medicines online?
Non-prescription medicines and health products can be reserved or ordered online in line with Ukrainian rules. Prescription medicines are dispensed only in the pharmacy upon presentation of a valid prescription.
Do you accept e-prescriptions?
Yes, including prescriptions under the "Affordable Medicines" programme, where applicable.
Can I try orthopaedic products?
Yes, our fitting room lets you try braces, insoles and compression wear with a specialist.
Do you give medical advice?

MEDVO LLC ("Medvo", "we") trades pharmaceutical goods wholesale and retail, retails medical and orthopaedic goods, plants, seeds, fertilisers, pets and pet food, sells online and outside shops, and carries out market research. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Health data
When we dispense prescription medicines, we process prescription data, including through the national e-health system, only as required by law. Health information is special-category data: access is limited to pharmacists, and it is never used for marketing.
3. Orthopaedic fittings
Measurements taken for fitting are recorded only with your consent to prepare your order.
4. Online orders
Name, phone, delivery address and order contents. The size tool on this site runs only in your browser.
5. Business customers
Contacts, licence data of customer pharmacies and clinics, contracts and invoices.
6. Market research
Surveys are voluntary and reported in aggregate.
7. Purposes and grounds
Legal obligations (pharmaceutical rules, tax), performance of contracts, consent (fittings, surveys, newsletters).
8. Recipients
The national e-health system where required, couriers, payment providers, regulators. We do not sell personal data.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
